Nendoroid #183 Review Mami Tomoe won't lose her head over this!

You can't just post a ton randomly every couple months!

Wait what? That's all I have though. I just build up a metric ton of figures and then cycle through multiple reviews (and dump a bunch of photos on MFC). Alright let's keep this going internet ppl!

Faces/Expressions:

 Here's Mami's default Smiling face, it looks similar to the figma's face.

 Second is Mami's angry face. She's soo cute when she's mad!

And lastly is her "deer in headlights" I guess I'm going to not move and die face

These faces are great. They give a range of emotion and reflect pretty much all the emotions she lived to make during her brief existence.

Accessories:

 Mami comes with 4 guns (but somehow only 3 stubs to plug into her stand!). There is a hand to attach the gun to her hand, but I never got around to attaching it.

 Mami comes with a full teacup and plate. It wouldn't be Mami without tea!

Her huge cannon used for her Tiro Finale attack is also included! I might've put it on wrong though lol.

I guess technically Charlotte is Mami's accessory too. Once you get over how awful this is, it becomes somewhat cute...

I feel dead inside...

But yeah overall her accessories are great. They speak to the character and let you pose her in many relevant scenes...

Oh crud there are 2 Charlottes now! I'm certain 2 Mamis will be enough to handle this!

When you're a Mami fan like me (I bet you believe that right?) having a little Charlotte to threaten her with is very fun. I was eager to get the Nendoroid just to have the Charlotte accessory. I don't mean to say I got the Nendoroid for parts, but...

Anyways, like all Nendoroids, she can look cute just chilling on your desk.

Staying Power:

 While this is hideous, this will likely amuse me forever. Mami is bae, she's best girl and lovable. She should be protected...

Nendoroid #663 Re:Zero Rem got dumped and will kill us all

I'll never die, I'll also likely never post with any real frequency. For this reason I apologize. Anyway, here's a review/first impressions on this Nendoroid Rem I got a month ago.

This is my 2nd Nendoroid (the first being Monokuma). I am still getting used to these figures so I don't know if my normal parameters even apply. That being said I assume you just came here to look at pictures of toys so let's just get started.

Here's Rem default: Confused/Whispering Face

This is Rem's happy smiling face (All that is good in this world)

Lastly we have her insane/scarily happy expression

Her expressions are very cute and I love them! Rem can display a decent range of emotion, which is all I generally ask for. I would've liked a generic angry face over the crazy smile though.

Accessories:

Rem's first accessory is this little plate (Not sure what I expected either). I guess you could call her arms with the little clenched fist an accessory, but idk I'm spoiled by figmas and their huge hand racks.

She comes with 2 Morning Stars that I could not attach due to her arm not having the peg needed :/

I'm not sure if there is something I have to do or if it's a factory error, but I'm choosing not to worry about it. 

Her last accessories are a separate pair of bangs with her horn and an ahoge (I doubt I spelled that right). It gives her a nice new look.

Accessories are decent. I honestly don't know what else I could ask for.

Playability/Screwing Around:

I honestly don't care that much for Nendoroids. They are only good for simplistic poses like this. That being said this is pretty cute.

Collection Utility:

Rem's Morning Star works well with figmas. That's about the best I can say, though weapons are always welcome. Other than that Rem just looks cute on your desk, which is honestly enough.

I'm not sure if my love of Rem will vanish (like most of the world) after a few months, but right now I love this little Nendoroid and I hope to get the announced Rem (and Ram!) figmas whenever they finally come out.

So some takeaways

I really do love these figures so I couldn't give any of them a really bad score. Figure a 6 means I found problems with the figure that hindered my enjoyment of it whereas a 10 means there was nothing that interfered. 

Anyway, I hope to post more in 2017. Here's to more funny figure photos to come.

New Stuff: Nendoroid Airi Arrives

So over the weekend a friend got me the Airi Nendoroid. I don't collect Nendoroids (for reasons I could go into later), but it's the thought that counts.
